Data protection and quality standards
Given the fact that we process thousands of customer queries per day and that we encounter an important quantity of customer data, it is important to us that we face our responsibilities in that matter. We do that, by paying special attention to the following two fields:
Data protection is essential! Every form of personal data processing carried out by our staff is done in accordance with internal and legal provisions in order to safeguard the personality rights of our customers.
Our data protection policy provides the basis for these provisions (only available in German or French).
Quality must also be visible on the outside. We regularly have our processes checked and certified by renowned and independent assessment providers like the SQS. We are proud to have obtained the following certifications:
- ISO 9001:2015 – The certification of quality management systems provides the basis for a sustainable and target oriented positioning of companies on the market.
- ISO 27001: 2013 – The certification of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) raises the awareness, throughout the company, that information must be protected in the same way as any other asset.
- EN 15838:2009 – The certification of quality management system for customer contact centres provides the basis for the continuous improvement of the management system, of the process management and of a positive public perception of the customer contact centre.
- DPCO (ordinance on data protection certification) - The certification of a data protection management system improves security and data protection in our company.
